You may return unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

To start a return, please contact us at info@locoporlaaventura.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
