Returns
- You may return unused items within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached.
- To start a return, please contact us at info@locoporlaaventura.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
Non-returnable items
- Discounted or clearance items (marked final sale)
- Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)
