Vertical ice, mixed climbing, dry tooling, technical alpinism—the overhauled X-Dream ice tool from C.A.M.P. masters them all. Customize the head with interchangeable picks to narrow in on your focus.
- Updated to increase the performance, versatility and possibilities for customization
- New hardware and rubberized connection between the shaft and the handle allows you to rotate the handle between ice and mixed modes
- Rubberized handle/grip connection allows for quick, secure tilt adjustment without removing the screw
- In ice mode, the angles are 48° and 100° respectively for a natural swing that delivers solid sticks with minimal effort
- In dry mode, the angles are 60° and 105° for a more closed geometry that provides greater downward traction and better ergonomics on supersteep terrain
- At the head, the tool can be customized with 4 interchangeable picks, hammer or adze (adze not included), and head weights that can be adjusted or removed
- Comes mounted with standard Omni pick, which is best for vertical ice and mixed terrain, and hammer
- Omni pick is combined with the minimalist X-Hammer Lite and removable 40 g X-Weight for the best vertical ice performance out of the box
- Hammer features a large striking surface for good performance and it protects the aluminum head
- Interchangeable with Ice, Hard Mixte and Total Dry 2.0 picks (not included); picks can be combined with a hammer or adze for big mountain terrain (adze not included)
- Includes X-Protector Evo pick protector
- Innovative, ergonomic handle with variable angle geometry provides the best grip for all hands sizes and all types of gloves
